- Braised Beef Short Ribs - 6oz Chianti Braised Short Ribs, Chianti Demi-glace, Parmesan Garlic Gnocchi, Green Bean Almondine.
- Grilled Mahi Mahi - Grilled Mahi Fillet, Coconut Rice, Mango Salsa.
- Asian Noodle Bowl - Asian Rice Noodles, Tofu, Carrot, Straw Mushroom, Bok Choy, Baby Corn, Water Chestnuts, Ginger Soy Broth, topped with Green Onions.
All meals will include a starter of an Exotic Mushroom Bisque Artesian Soup Wellington and Creme Brulee for dessert.
