- Pork Tenderloin Milanese: Italian Breaded Pork Tenderloin, Roasted Garlic Polenta, Asparagus Red Pepper Sautee, Tomato Caper Ragout.
- Chicken Vesuvio: Braised Chicken Breast, White Wine, Garlic Natural Jus, Roasted Gold Potato, Green Beans.
- Grilled Cauliflower Steak: Exotic Mushroom Chive Quinoa, Arugula Tomato Salad, Truffle Vinaigrette.
All meals will include a starter of a Raspberry Spinach Salad: Baby Spinach, Raspberries, Feta Cheese, Toasted Almonds, and Raspberry Vinaigrette and German Chocolate Mousse Dome for dessert.
