- Roast Prime Rib of Beef: 12 oz slice of slow roasted prime rib, heb roasted potato, sauteed asparagus & red peppers, garlic au jus.
- Vodka Chicken: Basil & garlic marinated chicken breast, green onion risotto, Provencal vegetable, classic vodka sauce, shaved parmesan.
- Vegetable Fantasia: Three cheese stuffed shells baked in parmesan cream topped with marinara. Grilled Vegetable Napoleon: marinated eggplant, yellow squash and zucchini, with fresh mozzarella and roasted red pepper coulis with balsamic tomato & sauteed spinach.
All meals will include a starter of an Artisan Soup Wellington - Tomato Basil Florentine and Opera Torte for dessert.
