- Balsamic Braised Beef Strip Loin: with Glazed Pearl Onions and Natural Sauce, Garlic Yukon Gold Whipped Potatoes, Roasted Rainbow Carrots.
- Panko Crusted Grouper: with Red Chili Glaze, Ginger Scallion Rice, Stir Fried Vegetables.
- Wild Mushroom Gnocchi: Mushroom Ragout, Roasted Tomato, Parmesan Cream Sauce, Truffle Oil, Crispy Onion.
All meals will include a starter of a Classic Caesar Salad and Peach Cobbler with Blackberries & Vanilla Ice Cream for dessert.
